"From Stage IV to Center Stage" is an uplifting story about self-discovery and inspiring courage....this book pulled me forward page by page with anecdotes that made me laugh, made me cry, but mostly made me think about life, choices, and personal growth. Denise uses her encounter with cancer as a "teachable moment" that we all can learn from. Knowing the book was about a cancer survivor was initially intimidating but as soon as I began reading I realized this story is really about the triumph of personal growth, discovery and the strength of love and friendship. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn about themselves, grow or just wants to read an inpiring story. This book will exceed your expectations.
