livewell offers several membership options: single, couple, family, weekday, weekends, and evenings. Corporate subsidy plans are also available for companies who want to extend health packages to their employees. livewell is open everyday of the year except for Christmas, New Years, and designated maintenance days.



Our facilities are open from 6 AM to 9 PM 7 days a week.
Cardio Training:

The many benefits of cardiovascular training are:
Reduced risk heart disease
Improved blood cholesteral and triglyceride levels
Improved heart function
Reduced risk of osteoporosis
Improved muscle mass

The American College of Sports Medicine recommends, that adults should accumulate 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity on most days of the week.  And to improve cardiovascular endurance, they recommend 20 to 30 minutes on three to five days per week.
Aerobic Classes:

Aerobics, stepping, kickboxing, Tae-Bo, and spinning are only some of the aerobic classes offered at livewell. All of our aerobic instructors are highly qualified and have created unique aerobics classes available solely for our members.
